Flower Power

So, I had a b'day party for my daughter, and one of their craft projects was paper clip jewelry. Of course I had to get in on it. You can find decorative paper clips at almost any craft store, usually pretty cheap. I chose flowers for the earrings, but, here's the catch. The beads don't like to go around the curves on the flower, so I had to basically unbend the flowers, string on my beads, and bend them back, kind of a pain. But worth it, I love the earrings, they are about an inch and a half, and super fun and colorful. The necklace is more of an accent, which is why I made it simpler, and also, the girls had used up all of the other flower paper clips :D It's asymmetrical, with three strands on one short side, and a single strand to finish it off. Pretty and simple, and just plain fun to wear!
